Floating on Air Designs take your personal privacy very seriously and promise to respect and protect any information provided. We will never sell your information.
In order to process your request, we will need to collect certain details such as your name, email and billing address, telephone, recipients name and delivery address (if different to your own). We will use the information you provide to communicate with you throughout the production of your order, arrange delivery (through Royal Mail), to request feedback or a review and keep you informed of new items and special offers. You can request no further contact at any point by clicking the unsubscribe link on our Weekly Roundup.
We accept payment using 3rd party (Paypal/Stripe), direct bank transfer and (at local events only) in cash. This ensures we have no access to any of your card details. Floating on Air Designs will securely retain details of any transactions and communications for the period required by HMRC reporting (currently 7 years) after which time personal data will be deleted.
Floating on Air Designs may, from time to time request you update your information to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations. Our website may contain links to external sites and we accept no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of these sites.

Changes to your order & Cancellations – you can amend/cancel your order at any point prior to production, please note that depending on the amendment there may be an additional charge. Any items ordered specifically for your order will still be charged.
