Can you send the card direct to the recipient?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to send your chosen design direct to the recipient if you would prefer.
Can I add a personal message to the inside of my card?
Absolutely! Most of our designs allow for a personal message to be added to the front and/or the inside although we do ask that you understand space may be limited on some shaped designs.
We are on a really tight budget, can you do it any cheaper?
We always aim to keep our costs as low as possible anyway, and ensure any supplier discounts are passed on but we are happy to discuss ways of meeting your budget.
How long will my order take?
This is a little like asking ‘How long is a piece of string?’ and there is no one size fits all answer as production time will vary depending on a number of factors including the design and the quantity requested.
What sizes do you make?
This often depends on the item but we can create designs in a variety of different sizes and shapes. Our most popular sizes are 15x15cm and 20x20cm but we have also created designs from 5x10cm upwards
I love this design, but it’s the wrong colours.... can I change them?
Totally!! Please contact us to enquire about ways we can help. match to your chosen colour scheme.
Can I have crystals on my design?
Definitely!! We love a bit of sparkle too and use several carefully selected ranges of flat backed crystals to ensure the best possible quality.
Why don’t you use cellophane bags to protect your designs?
We have chosen to wrap in tissue as part of our Plastic Free Champion journey because its kinder to the environment. Did you know that most cello card wraps are made from polypropolene which is less easily recycled. (Source @NakedCards)
I'd like my card to have an unusual name on, can you help?
Of Course! Unusual names, spellings or even a nickname can be added. This is one of the reasons we first started making our own designs and is still a very special part of what we do.
Do you have a minimum order?
No – we don’t believe you should be forced to buy more than you need. We do, however, ask you to remember that we handcraft with love and making 1 of something will take a LOT less time than 100.
Can I add a message in a foreign language?
We are unable to provide a translation service. However, if you are able to provide a full translation of your chosen message, please get in touch!
How much is postage?
This depends on what has been ordered and your chosen method of posting. Our outer packaging is often recycled from deliveries we have received to help keep costs low.
Do your card prices include the envelope?
Yes! All items that require an envelope will be supplied with one.
How do I contact you?

We understand that people have busy lives so our working hours are flexible and we often send emails and messages at times outside of ‘normal’ but we do not ask you to do the same.
Can I send you a photo I'd like included?
Yes – we’d be happy to include a photo. Please ensure you have the appropriate permission from the photographer.
Which items do I need for my wedding?
You won’t hear this from many businesses – but in reality you don’t NEED any of our products. We firmly believe your wedding is exactly that – your day. While we offer a full range of products, we simply refuse to pressure you into ordering anything beyond your budget or you do not want.
